I just emailed this to their sales dept.:
It has been about three weeks now since you said one of my items was clearing customs and said it would take about week for it to be finally shipped to me. Since I haven't received any tracking information I'm going to assume that it hasn't been shipped yet. I'm sorry it has to come to this but I've heard too many horror stories regarding your service. As a result, I'm going to need a satisfactory update regarding my order or I will be opening a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
Hopefully this will get something done.
