so is it the simple fact that most pellet guns fire over 407 fps that puts them in that kind of limbo catagory? its not a 500fps fire arm but its not a replica... doesnt most if not all bb/peller guns only being semi auto also have something to do with it?
407 ft/s is the defintion for a replica to be considered as a firearm instead of replica.
Pellet guns don't follow it, pellet gun usually are more lethal, lets not jump to a 900fpts gbbr vs a wal-mart pellet gun but you get the idea.
Its also why we dont allow pellet in gun Airsoft games
