The UNC mail sorter is a bit wonky...or at least, they don't tell you how to file for refunds or order updates properly. I ordered from them a month ago and got the same confirmation email. I was then informed that my item was out of stock and they asked what they should do, so I sent them a reply. They didn't respond to the reply so I sent a further 4 emails asking for their confirmation. Again, no response. I then had to go to their website and email email@example.com
to get an answer. They responded to that, but now are once again not responding.
I think if you reply to their email they won't respond, but if you shoot them a fresh one each time they will.
