Question about international fraud?
On July 25 2009 I ordered a a DD lite 7" ris as well as a few other things from Ebay Banned. About a week later they emailed me and said that the DD lite is on backorder, they asked if I wanted to wait or be refunded for it. I choose to wait the 3 weeks that they stated, It has now been 68 days since I have ordered and I still don't have it. I have sent myltiple emails to them asking where it is. They always replied you are getting it soon. On September 25 I sent them an email either asking for a tracking number that day or a refund. They replied that they would probably give me a refund. Well I am still waiting. Does anyone know how to file a fraud claim for an international company? I'm sick of this.
