So let me clarify— he was using the gun
you sold him for "x" amount of time, then
wants his deposit back for personal issues,
you refund him and get returned a non-
IMO, it's obvious it broke in his hands, or
it was damaged in shipping, so since
he was last to posses it, he's responsible.
He should pay for the repairs/parts, but
you should have kept the deposit to cover
the time used/repairs.
