Holding a gun.... Fail....

I haven't been able to hold my m4 in a comfortable position...

The stock is adjustable and the gun seems to be the right size for me.

But then I try to aim(by looking through the target thingy on top of the gun, don't know what that is call), my neck feels awkward, and my arms get tired really fast.

I'm placing the end of the stock on where my arm joins with the body, is that right? Because whenever I try pulling the gun tighter into my body, it starts to hurt really bad, is there another place I could position my gun? Or maybe I need a softer end on my stock?

Also, how does the strap works? Like, which way does it go on my shoulder?....

I know, so noobie question, but this should help me improve my maneuverability.
