Shipping issue with EHobby


I ordered 4 Hi Capa mags in May, the Canada Post Tracking system is mentionning that they are with Custom (Missisauga) since May 22. I gave them a call, they told me they never received the package. I spoke with Poste Canada, they told me to contact the shipper and have them open an inquiry. I contacted EHobby, waiting for answer. In the meantime, Paypal will not let me open a dispute, since it been over 45 days...

Any advices or hints would be appreciated
