I just stumbled upon this so figured...what the hell...
I am a normal joe. I need to lose about 20 lbs - can't seem to break the 184 lb. barrier I am at. I work out on occasion, play airsoft as much as possible, but I don't run a lot on the field. I will sprint to go from cover to cover, but I avoid long jogs.
I am about double the average guy on the field in age, but I have had little trouble keeping up.
A few Extra strength Tylenols before a game seems to keep any age related potential pain in check. The only thing that hurts after a game the next day are my damned feet.
