If I remember correctly, the wiring in this gearbox has connectors about 2 inches from the gearbox. Slide the buffer tube out as much as you can and disconnect the wiring from these two connectors

To me it sounds like the piston is returning to the front of the gearbox, it is possible that your ARL is out of place or that the latch is in place but your spring is not.

Check and double check your air seal, if you are confident enough that you've perfected it and still having problems then check that t your piston is moving freely, if there is friction it will not...

I have seen a couple of VFC SCARs that have clear hop-up Units and clear nub. I've never heard of a clear Mnub unless you're talking about the actual HS5 rhop patch which is a clear bluish colour.

Sometimes that will happen if you have too much lube inside the cylinder. Clean out the piston head and cylinder and re-lube lightly.

I have installed 4 MERF 3.2s on 4 different rifles and have yet to see one fail. I run them on 2 of my own rifles, not able to turn off AB sucks but the other features make up for it.

Just thought I'd mention that the MERF 3.2 does not have an option to turn off Active Breaking, it is ON all the time. Other than that, it is a great MOSFET!!!

If you sand down the nozzle it will not be long enough to create a tight seal on the bucking. What you need is a shorter tapped plate, I believe some of those Lonex ones are 1 or 2 mm too long.
